What makes this family owned business so great can be summed up in one word, ?Trust?. You will never pay for unneeded services or repairs. And, when it comes to technical expertise and trust, Service Manager Ken tops the list. His friendly demeanor, caring attitude and willingness to take the time to explain the ?nuts and bolts? of a repair in down to earth terms is refreshing and appreciated. Automotive Excellence is one of those rare companies that still treats their customers like family. |

| I've been dealing with a front-end creaking noise for a couple of years and the only thing the Ford dealership would do is grease the front stabilizer bushings. Kenny replaced the steering shaft w/universal joint and the steering is much easier and the creaking noise is finely gone. Great Job Guys! |
