I am getting concerned about whoever does oil change/tire rotation work. The bolts were not tightened on my Millenia around 2 mos. ago and it almost came off on I-480! And now my daughter's Mazda 3 had a loose engine cover (?) after the 8/1 oil change that was banging on the highway when she drove it. Both were corrected by AE, but am wondering about future oil change/rotation needs. Hate to say it, but considering having those done elsewhere. First 2 problems in over 20 years of coming there. John

As usual the service was excellent. I called at 4:30pm the night before to get an emergency repair and was able to get in the next day.

First time customer. Clean and inviting waiting area. Friendly people greeting with a smile and a hello. Staff was professional. They explained everything and gave me a written estimate. It was explained that another part may be needed but they wouldn't know until they disassembled a part. I also received an estimate if the other part had to be replaced. After inspection they found the additional work wasn't necessary. I appreciated their honesty. I felt that my bill was fair. I will patronize this family business in the future.

Service with a smile! Very accommodating in fitting us in on short notice when "rattle" discovered three days before Thanksgiving. Not only discovered problem but fixed in one day. Would not trust vehicle to anyone else!

The job is always done right if the vehicle is brought to this shop. Employees are always professional and go out of there way to make your repair/service the best experience it can be. Repairs are expensive and it's not easy to find a garage who stands by their work, does it right the first time, and listens to what you have to say.

Very prompt friendly service. Repair was completed on time and as promised with a follow-up call when vehicle was ready for pick up.
